This calls for construction of a platform which will cover a pool, level with the courtyard and out into a valley

capable of supporting a tent with 100 guests at this beautiful home in Seattle.

With heighth variation of 42" to 84", and no level surface inside, installing the scaffold in the pool really was an interesting challenge

Some 2x4 bracing and c-clamps installed helps to stop any lateral movment under what will become the dance floor in the tent.

Starting at the back of the court yard, we built out over the end of the pool and into the contour of the valley.
